1. Who we are
Sintonix IPTV is player software and an account panel to save configuration you enter. We do not sell, host or provide TV channels, streams or IPTV packages. Content comes only from sources you configure yourself.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the app or website, we may process:
- Account data: email or username, password hash (if you use password login), or Google account identifiers if you sign in with Google.
- Subscription data: plan type, expiry date, device limit and notes needed to operate the license of the software.
- Device identifiers you register (to enforce the connection limit) and session tokens.
- Playlist configuration you save (M3U URLs or Xtream server/user credentials that you provide). We do not supply content.
- Payment-related data via Stripe (card details are handled by Stripe; we store payment status and plan activation references).
3. Why we use data
To create and secure your account, apply trial/paid plans, sync your saved lists to the player app, limit simultaneous devices, process payments, prevent abuse and comply with law.
4. Sharing
We use infrastructure and processors such as hosting (e.g. Vercel), database hosting, Google (if you use Google Sign-In) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal data. Your IPTV source credentials are for your use of the player; protect them and use only legal sources.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account exists. After you delete the account, we remove or anonymize associated data except where law requires retention (e.g. limited billing records).
6. Your rights & account deletion
You may access or delete your account. Deleting the account removes login, saved lists and device registrations from our systems.
